A320 CEO & A320 NEO Type Training — Starting 20 January 2026
If you’re planning your next type rating, one of the smartest moves is understanding which A320 generation matches the fleets you want to work on. That’s why we’re running both A320 CEO and A320 NEO as separate type training options.
What’s the difference (in simple terms)?
A320 CEO (Current Engine Option)
Powered by CFM56 / V2500 engines — still widely operated across many airlines and MRO environments.
Ideal if you want a strong foundation on a proven, common A320 configuration.
A320 NEO (New Engine Option)
Powered by LEAP-1A / PW1100G engines — the newer generation adopted by many operators upgrading their fleets.
Ideal if you’re targeting modern A320 operations and next-generation aircraft environments.
What you gain from either course:
A structured aircraft-systems understanding (ATA-based approach)
Maintenance practices, procedures, and real engineering workflow
Troubleshooting mindset and fault isolation logic
EASA-aligned assessments and certification path
Training format (both courses):
Theory via SDL
Refresher / Practical / Exams in Cyprus
